Bed linen and towels provided

The price for linen is € 27,50 per person. In addition to bed linen, the set also includes a beach towel, a bath towel, two shower towels and two guest towels.

Baby monitor, cot, high chair

Baby monitor, cot, high chair, changing mat and various toys are available. Extras can be rented at an additional cost.

Power consumption

Electricity of 100 Kwh per week is included in the price. Above 100 Kwh per week, customers pay 0.26 euros per Kwh. A photo of the electricity meter is taken upon arrival and departure.

Payment

• When booking you pay 5% of the total amount.
• At 60 days before check-in you pay 45% of the total amount.
• At 30 days before check-in you pay the remaining amount, plus any deposit and cleaning costs.

Flexible cancellation

• If you cancel 60 days before check-in, you will receive a 95% refund.
• If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund.
• After this period no refund will be granted.

Length of Stay

Outside of holiday periods, the minimum stay is 3 nights. During holidays, a minimum stay of 6 nights applies.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Wifi

Fast WiFi is included in the price.

Gas

There is gas available for the barbecue and patio heater. Additional options are available at purchase price.
